“Time is our worst enemy”: Brother of missing Honduran worker says he still has hope

“Up to this moment we still have hope that God will grant a miracle and it will be beautiful,” Carlos Suazo Sandoval, brother of Manor Suazo Sandoval, told CNN en Español on Wednesday.

Manor Suazo Sandoval, 38, a Honduran national, was working on asphalt on the bridge when it collapsed, his brother said.
Speaking to CNN outside a family forum set up by state and federal authorities in Baltimore, Carlos said his family is still processing the incident and has yet to tell Manor's 72-year-old mother, who lives in San Pedro Chula, Honduras. .
Manor, one of eight siblings, was described as a kind and happy person with a “vision,” his brother said.
“He always wanted his own business. He always said his old years would be in Honduras,” she said of her missing sibling.
